Cleveland vs Iowa City and Portland vs Anchorage are both huge for determining the last few playoff spots. The Clawz desperately need a win, since we're currently outside looking in.

sorry guys. TB doing some heavy duty travelling this weekend ... already have put 900 miles past us and still more to go ... staff and wife have been invited to a wedding and such looks to monopolize the entire weekend.

Good luck to all teams on Sunday ... Thursday's games were incredible ... wish we had time to comment on all.
... devoted to the study of meaningless information ...

                        Bulldogs Make Roster Moves
AP - For the 2nd consecutive year, the Newark Bulldogs put CB Nolan Lawson on IR. Lawson, who has been a staple in the Bulldogs secondary for this past decade, suffered a significant ankle injury in last week's game against West Virginia. Lawson was having a terrific season, however after 2 significant injuries to the same lower leg, many qustions arise as to whether or not Lawson just played his last game in the IFL.

To replace him on the roster, the Bulldogs signed WR Sammie Diaz. Diaz has been on 2 Imperial Bowl winners. Bulldogs are hoping his leadership can help guide them to the promise land.

Grats Vito! That's what I get for talking smack! Gonna watch it soon but it looks like I clean ran out of defensive lineman. This game really hates my D-line. Had all 3 of them injured in the last 5 weeks. I can't keep that position healthy=no pass rush. Guess I'll just have to do it the hard way next week.

                              strange penalty acceptance........

Vermont: Single-Back formation, strength is right. The defense is in a 43 with nickel personnel and 2-deep man-to-man coverage, expecting the pass.
2-20-VER10 (3Q: 06:05) R.J. Williamson pass completed to WR Cary Kelley for 19 yards. Tackled by CB Alvin Gordon. The receiver ran his route right over the middle of the field. Kelley gained 5 yards after the catch. PENALTY: Newark was called for Offsides.
Vermont: I formation, strength is left. The defense is in a 43 with nickel personnel and 3-deep zone coverage, expecting the pass.
2-15-VER15 (3Q: 05:55) R.J. Williamson pass fell incomplete, intended for WR Jose Robertson. CB Tito Wooden defended the pass. The quarterback threw away from the double coverage.
