          Only way to match a penn offer.

          My 1st offer was 1 year but penn offering 3 years was able to give alot more bonus due to league rules and such.

            Yep exactly. It's because of the rule. We can give A LOT more bonus that way. I don't care about the money next year. My team will be terrible for a long time once he retires and money will not be a problem.
