DH Singelton wins the rushing TD title again. He is a TD machine. He has 113 rushing TDs for his career.
Singleton also moves into 4th place on the all time rushing yards list. He needs a real good season next year to win accomplish that record. I doubt it happens, as we have turned more towards a pass oriented offense.

        what a game.......
Vermont streak is over, that's for sure.
Pretty frustrating to see my rookie backup get as many carries as Sitch when Sitch is set to 100% PT and in all depth chart spots. The reason I pulled him outta the active roster earlier in the year. Seems my coach likes this guy? who knows.

GG Coder and Virg. Virgil clicked "on" in the 2nd half and realized that he didn't want this to be his last game. Think those Moutaineers are the dark horses in the playoffs. A win in Oakland is very possible, and it's anyone's game after that.

I was worried about this game. I saw the opportunity for us to not only lose, but miss the playoffs entirely. But then the Macho Man pulls out 5 TD performance and the defense plays out of their mind to show me that all my fears were entirely unfounded.

GG Iowa, Sorry to end your season. You had a good run going this year.

We win the home finale but NWK loses @ home. I'm still trying to figure out how Georgia got the last WC spot over us.

              1. Head-to-head, if applicable. (no)
              2. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference. (both tied, 7-5)
              3. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games, minimum of four. (minimum not reached)
              4. Strength of victory. (Madison wins this category)
              5. Strength of schedule. (Georgia wins this category)
              6. Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed.
              7. Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed.
              8. Best net points in conference games.
              9. Best net points in all games.
              10. Best net touchdowns in all games.
              11. Coin toss.

Clearly, Madison should be the last seed if Jim mirrored the NFL tiebreakers which i have read he has done over the years. We had the better strength of victory.

Good luck to all the playoff teams!

Congrats to Adam "HORSE" Kollars the Defensive Player of the Year!!!

Great game, Kurt!! Orlando goes to the post-season in 2019!

Dwayne Hernandez had a Charles Yon-ish day and WAS the defense for this week's Phantoms!! 3 INTs and a fumble recovery.

Now to catch up on everything else...

                    GG Chris,
Wichita were totally outplayed but a big play or two gave the score a respectable look.
I bet those last two minutes had you looking nervously at the game clock after the blocked punt got us within 5pts!!

Congrats to the Firebirds on the win and making the playoffs.

Ouellette had another good game on the ground and with over 400yds rushing on the season, he is a dangerous backfield threat in his own right....but his rookie passing season was underwhelming.
However, he looks to be developing well and I hope he can settle down next year and do some damage through the air.

Wichita have an important off season coming up.
We will be looking to get a city move sanctioned and we have a nice collection of draft picks to start building around Ouellette....including the 1.1 pick I believe (which will probably be on the trade block).

I'm looking forward to seeing the draft class, but in the meantime good luck to all in the playoffs.

We gave you a run for your money in that one. Wilkins showed his true inexperience with an OT pick, but other then that he is becoming scarey.

Next year baby. We fell short but we improved.

WOW, what a wild, rollercoaster of a year. To start with losing Donovan for the season, then getting LUCKY(thanks ukpatfan!) an finding a solid replacement in less then a week to rebound, then completely falling apart and losing 6 out of 8, coming back to wining our final 3 and back to back NC West Champions. WHEW, what a ride!

Good game as usual Vito, but I was able to get a gameplan in this time

We are definitely the underdogs no matter who we play from here on out, I'm just pleased to be in the same category as the great teams who are also playing next week. I couldn't be prouder of my team. Were not great, but we are scrappy. Don't sleep on us, you may regret it!

Congrats Jave - I thought you were done for during that losing streak. Now, you need to go out and win some playoff games or the rest of the NC West may decide we need a different representative

(congrats to Vito as well for getting his team to a game of the title)

I listed the NFL tiebreakers for two teams to determine the wild card. There is no mention of division records. We also led that 4-2 to 3-3 but that isn't even a determining factor. We got hosed!!!
