Monday Night Football?

I was thinking of interesting ideas, and was wondering how plausable it would be to run a "Monday Night Football game? Would it be possible? Is there any interest in doing this? I think it would be cool, something different, and Cring is home on Mondays anyway. What ya all think?

Sounds good in concept, but I'm not sure as to how you will keep guys from getting the results before the game. I know I wouldn't want to wait until Monday personally.

something actually on Monday night would not be something I could commit to because I am usually gone by the evening if things go right.

Well, mabe I am unaware of how the sim works in respect to multiplayer, however, the general concept would be a Monday Night Football game, one game a week would be run on Monday night, rather then Sunday. Could you not sim every game but one, upload the file, and then sim the final game on Monday? Its just an idea, something different I suppose.
The Monday night game would be the feature game of the week. The 2 best teams, or the 2 worst teams, or 2 teams playing each other with bad blood between em, something like that.

the game does not allow you to do one game at a time though. it is all of none.

Might be more viable to do something like this for the playoffs or for a special "two weeks worth of games" weekend (should we have one).

He NEEDS suggestions, I'm still pissed that the greatest football sim ever made does not allow for you feature particular players in your gameplan---exploiting matchups like you'd really do. I see all these stud TEs in this league yet no one seems to have figured out HOW to make those guys get looked at more than 2-3 times a game.

hey hey, why did you just edit your post man? i didn't think it was anything bad, although I disagree some.

You can feature your TE more, look at Spraggins of Columbia with his 59 catches last season. I know I have seen TEs in solo play get near 100 catches. In is something that needs to be played with.

No the game is not perfect, but usually you can get many different styles to work for you, it just takes some creative gameplanning to get these things done sometimes, as I have found out. When Ifirst started gameplanning myself I went nuts not understandingwhy I could not get my RB more carries, or how to get my FB more carries. Now I understand how that part works and play around with other areas now....
