I had an impossible time concentrating after the blackness that shuck my conciencnous after this post!

The AFC is currently standing on the "wish I had" podium after a recent "more than you" streak coming on the heels of a 12-14 year "The NFC Championship IS the Super Bowl by anyone paying attention" streak that PROVED itself EVERY season of the streak. The AFC has a long way to go before it's head approaches in long term talks...

You're living in the past, my friend :-) I too lived through the '49ers versus the Giants or Cowboys WAS the super bowl' years.

Those days have been gone for awhile.

For the last decade or so, its been 'Will Payton Manning, Tom Brady, or the Steelers win it this year'?

The AFC has won 9 of the last 13. In agreement, prior to that it seemed like the NFC had won 30 of the last 31 :-D
