Tough win. For once, I am on the receiving end of some fumbles, and that saves my ass. Neither team seemed to really want to run away with this game. Their run D was unexpectedly tough; Serves me right for going by stats.

Losing my starting MLB for a few weeks sucks major ass.

All being said, The F-Birds are riding their first ever 5 game winning streak (in a way, that's kinda sad, actually)

A tough game at Cleveland implies that this joy will be short lived, but it's still something I am proud of :-D

We're losing players left and right to injury, and losing games by the skin of our teeth. A young team...a little seasoning and we're gonna be a team to be reckoned with..now, we're just a wreck...

GG Seals... missed it by that..much.

Good game, r00k. Felt I was going to have everything going against me heading into Norfolk, but we ran the ball great today and we made it hard for you to move the ball. Looking forward to our next matchup later in the season.

Damn Gene Hamilton is on fire. Very good game from Terry Wolfe either.

Dominating performance by my team this week. Easy schedule so far but I'm very happy with how my team is playing. We're getting older so it's probably my last shot at a championship. We'll have a good idea of what kind of team I have in 2 weeks against Tulsa.

Boston starts game with crisp TD drive 7-0 early 1Q. Watkins, who is 2nd on Warthog depth chart because Blevins fumbled in w3, fumbled ball away at midfield. Boston fumbles ball back to Fresno but Warthogs loose 30 yards in the process. Schwartz gets some big plays with his arm and the score is tied 7-7 mid 1Q. Dragons go 3 and out and Warthogs move to midfield before punting ball away. Another 3 and out for Dragons and 1Q ends with score 7-7

Schwartz with a nice drive to give Fresno an early 14-7 lead. An exchange of punts give Dragons the ball down 14-7 with 7 mins left in 2Q and Boston converts on a 4th and 2 from their own 48 setting up a chipshot FG at the 2 min warning. 14-10 Fresno at the half.

Snap Chapman fumbles a reception away at midfield, but Fresno forces a punt - only to be called Offsides givning Dragons a FD which led to the go ahead TD. 17-14 Boston mid 3Q. Boston adds another chipshot FG making score 20-14 Dragons at the endo of 3.

Another horrid series for the Warthogs leads to a Foley punt from Fresno 11 which was blocked and recovered for a Boston TD. 27-14 Boston. If Fresno can't do something soon this one is over. Schwartz gets Warthogs to midfield and Foley pins Dragons at their 1. Boston was called for holding in the EZ - Safety for the Warthogs. It's about time that was called they have been doing it all game. 27-16 Boston with 10 mins left in game. Boston with a TB kicking from their 20 - WTF! and Warthogs with the backwards 3 and out to give Dragons ball in good field position mid 4Q. Warthogs stuff Boston on 3rd and 1 setting up a 4th and 2 from Boston 38 - this time the Dragons punt the ball away. 4 and out for Warthogs and the fat lady has sung.

We start off on fire. All aspects of the gamplan were firing. We score 14 1st quarter points. We hang on 20-17. This team falls asleep in th 2nd half. And soooooo many drops. Jeesh.
I hate Texas WRs. All of them. All they have ever had.

GG. You guys really came alive in the second half, and my offense began to sputter. We barely held on for the win. I need to have Omar Robinson in the lineup the next time we meet.

GG Orlando. I should be happy to get any win on the road, but we gave up 233 yards rushing plus a disturbing amount of completions while keying on the pass. Not a promising sign heading into a game in Lawrence.

Bryant Turner seems to be hitting his stride at RB and our defense was solid. Rookie CB Pat Mallow returned an interception for a touchdown. The rookie has been awesome this year. He has four INTs already and a 96.2 PD rating.

                          GG Dakota.

Phantoms avenge last season's post-season loss to SLC. The Stallions just don't seem to have their usual magic this season. Strange to see SLC and HOU dropoff so quickly after last season's successful campaigns for both teams.

With the Phantoms leading the league in sacks and Rickey Doyle doing well for Oakland this off-season's non-trade is looking like a win/win so far.

Montreal, Georgia, Boston, etc.. making this an interesting season of new front runners!
                            GG Phantoms,

1-4 My how my horses have fallen! It started with an injury to my 8-year corner last season. My defense got old fast and ineffective even faster
