I highlighted the ones in my import folder for deletion
Instead of hitting the delete button, I hit the enter button. This began to prompt me to overwrite files on the ftp. By the time i figured out what was happening, I overwrote 3 teams.

Ah, to make things clearer... inside the FTP-program, instead of deleting the old files, you uploaded them which overwrote the "new" exports which were on the server..

My enter key and delete keys are right beside eachother, and I was on the phone.............
