Interesting.. my new running back is rated 59/59 with LOADS of green bars still there.. similar to Amos Morton last year, who boomed to 95/95 after TC.

It looks like Torres got slapped around in the off season. He probably has the final two years left on his contract and that will be all she wrote.

I think the Generals had a solid TC. Highlights:

            Notable gains:

FB Bryce Burgess: 4 current, 5 future. (4.4)
            SE Desmond McArthur: 11 current, 11 future (6.18 )
            LT Frank Russell: 5 current, 5 future (3.11 / 2015 draft)
            DE Matthew Washington: 13 current, 8 future (3.11 / 2016 draft)

I feel like overall, Georgia made out pretty good.

Starting with a 4th year veteran and moving down to our rookie class year by year, we have several nice gains. One modest one ....but all four guys look nice...

Man, I hate when entire position groups take hits. My LB's, which at 1 point were solid, all take hits. We have a future void

The Leash is about done. Man, that was fast!

2nd year DE Willie Bohannan (pick 2.5) jumps to a potential 74 OVR to help offset the loss though and has the balanced attributes Phantom Phans adore.

Man, I got killed in TC. I thought I had shored up my WRs by trading for Dworak, but he dropped 12 pts while my best WR, Harding dropped 11. So, my WR corps is even worse now. My 2.6 WR, Schiff, did go up a couple pts but he started so low that I think he'll end up 50ish at best.
Another disappointment, Stanfield dropped 9 pts - obviously he's on his last legs. Lots of other large drops across the board. One bright spot was my 3.12, DT Wilcox, who went up 5 in Pot, so maybe he's a bit of a boomer.

Draft Rant---my 1.6 DT Rex, appears to be the highest DT no matter how much you fiddle around with the weights in Draft Analyzer (scouting included, and my scout is exc with DL), yet he came out slightly worse (55ish instead of 60ish) than any of the next 4 DTs drafted. I'm not sure I'll ever figure out how to draft. It seems all the advice on FOFC about giving combines as much weight as bars is just wrong --end rant

Actual question....I am thinking of changing to a 4-3. I did a quick search at FOFC, and the advice there seemed to be to make the change before TC - but you can't make any changes to the depth chart/game plan before then. Anyone has any ideas if it is detrimental to change now right before the 1st preseason game? thanks

Since TC just has a "defense" area (not separating 4-3 and 3-4) it wouldn't seem to matter when you do it IMO but I don't study the game like some appear to at FOFC. Either way sooner can't be worse than later if you're definitely making the switch.

I've actually switched from a 4-3 to a 3-4 just to keep teams off balance with very little problems...I don't switch the players positions, just the scheme.
