Dude, what arn't you understanding? Ignorant is a pretty harsh word. I've got almost 80 million in cap space. What's the point in not using it? Especially for 2 and 3 year deals.

Same problem I had with Rook spending 30mil last year. If the player gets hurt, your basically throwing your money in the trash can. I can't even imagine spending 24 mil on a kick returner. WOW.

The guy isnt a kick returner. He's a kickoff and punt returner, plus a gunner, and a nickelback, and he will fill all four of those spots on the depth chart at a high level. If I had the cap space Suicane does, I'd have paid him too.

I am not hating on you or anything but I am really curious why you are running a team and not trying to win with STL. You have 73 mil in cap you have no great players I mean what is the point? I am actually asking I am not trying to be a jerk.

Well, I drafted a great team at the dispersal draft, had a very awesome 10 year run during which I traded away future picks at an alarming rate to stay on or near the top. I never really rebuilt per se, I just kept trying to stay afloat.

To be more specific to your question, in the past 5 seasons I've not drafted well or put maximum effort into my team. And I think my QB is gonna be a stud for a decade or so i'm one up on that one at least. My secondary has sucked forever and their just hasn't been the oppuortunity to improve it or if there has been i've made the wrong decisions.
