Our only loss of the season without Gene Hamilton was in week 7. Hamilton got injured in that game and we got our ass kicked.

We'll need to play a lot better than the way we played in that game to have a chance. I would really like to have Terry Wolfe for that game.

Looking forward to this game. I'm not even looking at our last game, because that wasn't a representation of what these Lions are about.

the Canadian bowl. English vs. French.

            hahaha

good luck man. It's gonna be a good one. Something about Gene Hamilton in a playoff game just scares the shit outta me!

I prefer Ontario vs Quebec. It's more of a rivalry. :-P

Should be a great game. Can't wait to look at it.

Some excellent teams with all to play for.

I have a close eye on the Seal's mercurial ex-Wichita RB Mercury Troyer - he was always good enough to start in the pros and he's landed on his feet in Portland.
Go on Mercury my son, we're rooting for ya!!

                      Bahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

Once again, we are 1 and done in the playoffs. Burger played miserable. Our defense couldn't stop Hamilton at all. I thought we'd be able to stop his WR's straight up, and we would also slow down Kruse. We were 0-2 in that regard.
Also, it seemed CJ Rambo was leading our rushing attack. Jamison didn't get the bulk of the carries.

We just got flat out beat. We were given the chances early on with some turnovers, but we couldn't capitalize. Blocked FG also.

GG Cy. Good luck the rest of the way.

good game Mike. Just couldn't put the game away in the first half when we had a chance late in the half. Then couldn't move the ball in the second.

Weird thing is that you ran the ball all over me, and I game planned against the run. Figured my pass defense was good enough to stop you. Seemed we were in nickle and time all the time, and never in goalline which I set up to use in any short rushing situation.

Time for the offseason. Good luck the rest of the way.

Just looked. We didn't use goalline defense at all the entire game. WTF? I wanted to use it a lot.

Still. Not sure if I would have won since the loss was more to do with my offense crapping the bed in the second half, but maybe we wouldn't have given up 31 points.

Good game mike. Just perplexed on my defensive playcalling.

Down 17-6 shortly into the third, things were not looking good. Backup running back Gilbert Glenn decides to take things into his own hands, breaking off three long runs, one of which landed him in the end zone. After a few punts back and forth, a field goal puts the Clawz within 1. After a three and out by the beasts, Perkins lobs a 24 yarder to Markel for a score, and Battle runs for the 2 pointer. 24-17 now, Markel looks great starting the next drive, getting completion after completion. Then DE Joseph Gonzales comes up with a big sack to rattle him on a second down, and Markel throws a pick on the next play. Now deep in West Virginia territory with a little over two minutes left, the Perkins-Markel connection racks up another score to really demoralize the beasts. Markel, now determined to win this game on his own, marches down the field for a quick score. With less than a minute, West Virginia tries the onside kick, but cleveland comes up up with the ball. A couple knees later and that's the game.

Very Good one to watch Kozure. Sorry to end your season, but it couldn't have been a better played game.
