Vermont has been connected to Phantoms' streaks thus far in IFL history. The Mountaineers beat the Phantoms in the 2010 post-season to end our home-game winning streak. They beat us in 2011 to end our regular season home winning streak. They were the last team we beat before starting our 8 game skid in 2012... and the last team we lost to on said skid before winning 7 straight to finish the season. And they're the last team to beat us at home before the current 15 gamer...

Will the Phantoms current winning streak be derailed yet again by the Mountaineers?

Well...FUCK. SLC does JUST ENOUGH to advance to the playoffs and we are out. Ohh well, it turned out to be our best year since...since..wow, 2009. So I'm pleased with the strong finish more then I'm disappointed with just missing the playoffs.

At the half we have a 19-10 lead.

Even better news is that Vermont has a 21-7 lead over the Phantoms. :0
