Another GOTW... My schedule this season might be on par with the hardest ever!

Newark (twice), Tulsa, Penn, Lansing, Cleveland... and that's just so far.

Portland pays a visit. Tweaked my offense again. Defense should be good.

Need to keep winning. I want home field advantage with these quality NC all around.

With the Clawz and the Firebirds facing tough road trips, the Outlaws (and Iowa City) are hoping for a win at home to keep in the mix for the division.

Clawz have 8 players, when healthy, talented enough to start on the OLine! Ironically they've got only 6 healthy OLinemen for this week's game.

Gonna be fun to go against Corey Perkins, one of my favorite IFL QBs. Last, and only, time he faced the Phantoms he had his worst game ever. I don't expect anything near that this time...

Game of the week honors is nice, but I'm worried we won't live up to the hype since basically half of my starters are injured,

Sigh. Good game Cy. Except for my bad offense and bad defense this is a pretty good team.

ouch. SLC kicked our ass from start to finish. Good game. Still can't play well on the road, it seems. If I want to win some playoff games, will probably need a bye in the playoffs. The No. 1 seed would be nice, and earning that starts next week against Anchorage. At least I play them at home where we've won 13 straight.

We dominate Portland in the 1st half and cruise to a 41-17 win.
Special teams and 2 Oliver McKenzie interceptions were the difference in the game.

                          GG Jeffrey.

Man this Conference is tough. Barring a miracle, it looks like the 6 playoff spots are filled. Now the order is to be determined.

Well, to be fair to your offense and defense, we have to say that your special teams didn't have a very good game. 2 missed field goal.

                            I feel your pain Suicane.

Another final 1/3 of the season below .500

Newarks roster and strengths insured I had no chance. There's a reason they were favored by 11.

As far as game mechanics, I completely give up. Every week its:

Montreal is in Dime, aggressively expecting the pass, 4 deeps zone
xxxxx throws a bomb into triple coverage. Catch is made. Receiver gained 32 yards after the catch!

                              or

Montreal is in Goalline, with 12 Defensive Linemen on the field. They are aggressively expecting the Run.
xxxxx runs for 45 yards and a TD!

Then there's the wonderful 'run 50% and pass 50% on 1st down, and get more pass aggressive if we're down' that's translated by the game into 'Run 12 consecutive first downs, most of with your backup RB'

                              UGH!! :-)

The game is over, and somehow I just got another False start penalty, followed by another holding penalty.

Sorry for my ranting. If I don't joke about this, I'll go insane.
