Windows upgrade went wrong and bottom line I had to reformat the laptop. Relevance to IFL - Not sure when I get IFL back running, but the Laptop is back up its up to eLicense to do their thing.

Their pretty quick. Never had to wait more then 2 days for them to reissue the license.

My recent experience took nearly a month for them to get any action done. They asked me for my email address that I signed up with quite often (and I responded each time) but ultimately took quite a while to reset a license.

Hopefully it'll be better for Kobeck...

I got the license today, but there servers were down when I tried to install the license. Then I had too go to work. Will try again tomorrow.
