Cuts question

A couple of the players I want to cut have minor injuries so the release button is greyed out. So, it seems like there is no way to cut them. Is there something I'm missing?

Actually, after looking it over again - it's only one player that I want to cut that has a one-week injury.

A player out with tobacco withdrawl that cannot be cut!!! and no light at the end of the tunnel

If it's a roster spot and not cap space that you want then you might be able to put him on injured reserve.

Well that's a bummer. In the NFL I'd just put him on the PUP list. Seems like if they didn't want to include the pup in the game then they should at least let you ignore minor injuries for purpose of releasing players. IR option isn't available in the game either - maybe the injury has to be worse before you can put them on IR. hmm...

I just went in the game and tried to cut a guy who was hurt and it offered a injury settlement.
