    That's why I don't believe in "spiking talent" to try to win in any given year but rather try to consistently have enough talent to just get there.

          I've had the Trojans for 7 seasons. The owner before me gutted the team for draft picks and I reversed some of that with the trade for Gomez. I drafted Watt the next year and the team hasn't looked back.
