    Crespo's 1st 4 seasons produced 7658yds rushing.

I think Crespo was the greatest back in the league, but not the greatest over the course of a career because Beans killed him.

Give DH some time. There have been some great RB's that did great things for a great many years. Crosby, Dixon, Tart, Connell, Timmerman............

Crespo is the best in my eyes. The edge over DH is that Crespo faced a team hell bent on stopping the run every game. At the current rate there might come a time where longevity forces me to give the nod to Singleton but not today.

While certainly not an offensive monster I do bring up the 16 fumbles in 8+ years and 1,826 attempts for Mr. Harris Mahoney, who until now I didn't realize was so young at only 28 years of age! Recently checking out RBs in another league it seems that 2 fumbles per year for a starter is pretty rare to find. I'd personally take his consistency over any other production if I had the choice. Little trivia that jeff might remember: Harris Mahoney, LT was my intended choice in the 5th round but Harris Mahoney, RB was mod selected instead. Not a bad outcome.

IMO it's easily Crespo. He had such an insane first 4 years in the league (two seasons with 2k+ yards) that he's still top 8 all time in yards despite 5 post-injury mediocre seasons.

DH is really good, but i'd give him a few years before he can claim best ever.

As far as a reliable, durable and consistent RB, you have Dixon (10 straight 1k+ yard seasons).. hard to beat that too.

That Bennett guy from the hated VooDoo was good, very good, over his career. Not saying he would be at the top of the list, but he should be mentioned IMO

I miss Crespo lots. I wonder what my teams could've done had he been there the past few years.

Singleton has 66 TDs in 4+ seasons. He is one behind Crespo and only 19 behind the record holder, who did it in 11 seasons.

DH is a TD machine. And this has been done in a passing league.

If...sorry, IF Singleton is able to last another 5 years at this pace, he may have a chance to break Brian Dixon's career record.

Crespo is the best of all time though.

When it comes to *just* running the ball, I'd give the nod to Brian Dixon.

Career all-purpose work? Give me Wesley Connell.
