Mock draft

1 - 1 (1) - GEO - DT Glen Ross - Glen Ross seems to make a better choice than WR Brad Harris here, but GEO could go either way.
1 - 2 (2) - VAN - RB Richard Particelli - VAN may also think about QB Norman Barlow here.
1 - 3 (3) - FRE - DE Edwin Beauchamp - Edwin Beauchamp might only be a slightly better pick than WR Brad Harris here, but FRE could go either way.
1 - 4 (4) - LRK - QB Norman Barlow - This one's a toss-up. While LRK doesn't necessarily need a DT, they might go with Harris Garrod
1 - 5 (5) - LAS - DE Derek McKinley - Not sure what they'll do here. LAS could use a DE; they could have easily gone with Gene Sullivan
1 - 6 (6) - WIC - S Dustin McDonald - Well, this is a toss-up. While WIC doesn't necessarily need a DT, it wouldn't surprise me if they go with Harris Garrod
1 - 7 (7) - OAK - WR Brad Harris - Brad Harris might only be a slightly better pick than DT Harris Garrod here, but OAK could go either way.
1 - 8 (8) - LAW - RB Michael Loupe - LAW may also look at OLB Roman Farrell here.
1 - 9 (9) - HAR - DT Harris Garrod - DT isn't really a huge need for HAR, but how can you pass up Harris Garrod?
1 - 10 (10) - HOU - DT Nick Baerg - Nick Baerg seems better than TE Kirk Fehr here, but HOU could go either way.
1 - 11 (11) - HAR - DE Gene Sullivan - Very difficult choice here. While HAR doesn't necessarily need a CB, it makes just as much sense to pick Sherman Shawwa
1 - 12 (12) - LAS - CB Sherman Shawwa - LAS could also look at RB Charlie Maxwell here.
1 - 13 (13) - MTL - T Casey Machado - T isn't really a huge need for MTL, but Casey Machado would still make a good choice.
1 - 14 (14) - POR - DT Ike Cook - POR may also look at TE Kirk Fehr here.
1 - 15 (15) - WVA - DT Andrew Herek - Your guess is as good as mine. While WVA doesn't necessarily need a DT, they might also consider R.J. Henry
1 - 16 (16) - ORL - G Jeffrey Hatcher - ORL could choose QB Orlando Surratt here.
1 - 17 (17) - LOU - QB Orlando Surratt - LOU could look at TE Kirk Fehr here.
1 - 18 (18) - REN - WR Omar Robinson - Omar Robinson might only be a slightly better pick than DE Marc Newson here, but REN could go either way.
1 - 19 (19) - NWK - DE Marc Newson - Your guess is as good as mine. While NWK doesn't necessarily need a RB, they could have easily gone with Charlie Maxwell
1 - 20 (20) - GEO - WR Mo Bauer - Tough one here. GEO could use a WR; they could have easily gone with Joe Richmond
1 - 21 (21) - LAN - TE Kirk Fehr - Very tough one here. LAN needs a CB as well, they might also consider Jeffrey Tapscott
1 - 22 (22) - VER - DT R.J. Henry - VER may also consider G Wes Moon here.
1 - 23 (23) - ANC - DE Louis Pippens - Hard to know for sure what they'll do here. ANC could use a DE; they could have easily gone with Andy Linthicum
1 - 24 (24) - NWK - RB Charlie Maxwell - Tough one here. While NWK doesn't necessarily need a RB, it wouldn't surprise me if they go with Lionel Emerson
1 - 25 (25) - IWC - ILB Donnie Morton - IWC may choose S Sean Hitchcock here.
1 - 26 (26) - GEO - CB Jeffrey Tapscott - GEO may look at S Sean Hitchcock here.
1 - 27 (27) - TUL - DE Andy Linthicum - Tough one to call. While TUL doesn't necessarily need a DT, it makes just as much sense to pick Vernon Pedersen
1 - 28 (28) - CLE - RB Lionel Emerson - Lionel Emerson might be a better pick than CB Travis Blades here, but CLE could go either way.
1 - 29 (29) - LAW - OLB Roman Farrell - LAW could use a OLB and Roman Farrell would be hard to pass up here.
1 - 30 (30) - FRE - WR Jessie Lucas - This one's tough. FRE could use a WR; it wouldn't surprise me if they go with Joe Richmond
1 - 31 (31) - TEX - G Wes Moon - Tough one to call. TEX could use a S as well, it makes just as much sense to pick Sean Hitchcock
1 - 32 (32) - WVA - RB Colin Grzegorczyk - Colin Grzegorczyk might be a better pick than S Sean Hitchcock here, but WVA could go either way.

I say either Generals or Killer Whales grab Barlow. Both could use a franchise QB and he looks like one.

Beeznik said he likes Barlow already I think. I'm not focused on QB but like I've said about others in years past when I've had a high pick: Surratt don't make it past my 1st pick fellas.

I, too, love the mock draft but point out that it's got my 1.29 selection as a possible 1.8 selection by me. I don't know that any real top 10 pick goes to 1.29.

Mock draft is a wierd thing.

It ends up somehow calculating the whole draft based on each teams rosters and in game needs.

FWIW, I don't think Schwartz was very high last yr because he held out of the combine

2016 Warthogs unless something changes. Not the way I like to run my team though. At least I picked up a 6 and 7 in 2017 for Sante - lol
