We get a much needed win despite 5, yes FIVE turnovers. 4 fumbles and a pick. WTF with that? The funny part is, my runningbacks were not even the ones fumbling! Frikkin receivers. 3 fumbles from my receiver corps and a fumble AND pick from Donovan. Not their brightest day, but we did just enough to pick up a win in Vancouver.

Despite only 2 wins so far this year we can play for a tie for second place in the division next week against HATED rival SLC. Already cooking up a new gameplan for Vito. I think your gonna like this one bro!!

            YA YA !!!

Despite Opie being sacked 4 times... He still played well enough to pull out the "W"

Offense is playing well.... Defense is playing good enough for the offense to stay ahead.

I don't know how we have the league's second best scoring defense when we only have 9 sacks on the season. We are making up for it with good pass coverage, but still, 9 sacks at this point of the season is horrendous. I say this every year, but I need to fire a coach or something.

Good game Hardford. Your kickoff return for a TD to begin the game made things interesting, but we were able to battle back and win a game on the road. The Beasts special teams have been awesome in coverage this season, so it was good to see we kind of shut you down after that.

Hopefully, DE Kinney can start getting to the QB a little bit more, especially with DE Otey's career appearing to be over with a big injury.

very embarrassing loss. The good thing is that I think I see some things that I can do hopefully to correct this.

                  Man....

Early on, this was the game that neither team wanted to win.

Another 'F-Birds' game... good defense from both teams, and a battle of field position.

On a side note, just ONCE... just one friggin time this season, I would love to play in a game where the wind is NOT over 10 MPH, and the weather is NOT inclement. :-)

                  Ok, an exaggeration, but still...

Funny to see the QB of a game, and the DE of the same game who sacked him 4 times be named POTW. That's how bad Houston is.

Btw, glad to see my undisciplined play returned. Another 86 yards in penalties, and about 3 declined.

We look like we may pull an upset every week, until about midway through the 3rd quarter, then things fall apart. We're not built to play a complete game. Our schedule isn't easy either. Someone's going to have to severly screw things up for us to win.

All that said, with tons of draft picks over the next couple of years, you can somewhat see a foundation to build on.

I am pretty shocked that we pulled the double game victory. I can't remember if we have ever done that.

RJ Walton is coming into his own in his second season. He posted both sacks for us this game. I am really blown away by our to guards play this year. Our rookie Curtis Kirk is blocking at 60% while 3rd year man Charles Trent is blocking at 44%. Hopefully Hovis will not retire, but when I traded for him I knew he might. He has been reallly solid and has helped with our holes in the secondary. Can not believe we are 6-3. I also can not believe 6-3 gets you a 3rd place spot in your division.

A rebuilding year for you ... Schwartz should settle down and prove to be a good one. A year to try out the toys on your new team ... then a draft for some new toys ... and who knows what comes next year. GG

True but your whole division is at 6-3. In mine Vermont and I are at the bottom with a 6-3 record staring up at 7-2 and 9-0. The season is far from over but we are fighting for the last wild card spot.
