    TRAINING CAMP

    Big training camp for the TigerHawks. Cant wait to see the results.
    Took a couple chances on things. One weight issue. I trimmed down Basile. He is in his 9th season. But he is fat. Hoping this helps his sack totals.

    Good luck to everyone at training camp.

    I'm reminded of how I passed on Basille in the draft due to his age and went instead with the younger DE Devin Galles, who quickly left the IFL due to injury, talent bust, or some other noneventful career ender. I'm so full of wisdom!

          I'm interested in seeing what my top 2 picks do CB Kufahl and RB Troyer do. If they hold their current potential they'll both be good-very good players. I may have taken G Wally Johnson off the board a little soon. A small ratings bump could mean big things for him. FS Marty Clemons is another key; he'll be forced to start in all likelyhood. Switched diminutive CB Jessie Lang 5-8 194 to SS. 46/46 to 46/53. I'm concerned about this move, but believe it's the right one. He just doesn't cover well enough to play corner and is great vs the run. I'm also interested in what happens in CLE we're younger than the 2013 AC North Champs and could gain some ground in TC. 29 of 59 Outlaws invited to camp are 1st or 2nd year players.

                        I got at least one serious BUST with 2.32 DT Everett Chandler.

                            All in all not a bad camp for Phantoms Phans.

                            Stanfield slipped 6/6 but that was expected. What wasn't expected was Roderick Amos jumping 12/6 to get back into the Phantoms Phuture Phranchise QB discussion!

                            Cornerback turned SS Monty Wollmuth looks to currently be the head of the rookie DB class and well worth trading up into the 1st round to select.

                            Now to trim 7 players worth of fat off...
