Position Changes?

When is the best time to do position changes before training camp or after training camp? I think I used to do it before training camp but I haven't played solo in awhile on top of that I rarely changed positions...thanks.

before training camp, If you do it after people will loose experience at the new position, while if you do it before you won't notice much change.
