This is why I'm for the last year reneg only. Sure you can rape retarded owners to send you handfuls of top picks and then exploit the stupid FOF engine to resign those picks in year two before they reach their full potential and demand top dollar. (ie What Jester does to his top players...Greene, Browning, Ellis or check out Matt Sanford accepting a 5 year deal in year two for $10M)

Yeah, looks like I had the exact definition of "accuse" wrong. In any event I didn't necessarily take it in a vicious way.

If I'm in this situation I possibly trade the elite guy and keep the multiple players and cohesion.

The absolute last thing that I'd do is let resources of any kind go poof into nothing. Retirement does enough of that for me to contend with.

I just checked and all 3 of those players will resign for basically the same money that they're making now - and they've been in full bloom for seasons. If there's any increase it's less than 5%.
