With the fifth pick in the third round, the Burlington Bolts select:
Terrell Foreman RB
A 5'5 205 rb from North Carolina State.

Terell is not the fastest rb we have ever seen, or anywhere close to that, but he is elusive and knows which hole to hit, he also has a great chance to develop as a pass reciever in our opinion and that will fit well in our offense.

We looked hard at a couple of defensive players, but this was our biggest need and we like Foreman's potential.
