I needed a win by Montreal over Madison last week. It was a long shot. I still don't have control of my destiny this week, but at least I need wins by Tulsa or Lansing, the 2 best records in the IFL

I still have to beat Dakota.

Big week in the IFL. It's gonna be exciting

3rd straight huge game. With the playoffs locked up the question becomes do i play for the bye or do i rest my guys?

i may not even want to watch this game. the IFL Gods just want to fuck with me. they accomplished everything they wanted this season. give me a bad draft pick and make me just miss out on the playoffs. this is why i wanted to leave the league since this has been the gist of my entire MP text sim career.

I assume that you're using negativity as some type of rallying monkey but just in case I want to point out to you that if you're not excited this week then you're probably not going to ever enjoy the playoffs if you do make it.

The post-season is basically a 3-4 game stretch where you need almost everything to go your way. In your case it's just been extended a week and starts now.

Every team not currently eliminated still has an equal right to this season's IFL Trophy!

Texas pays a visit minus Chung and Watt. I think my banged up defense can play with that team. Of course if we put 50 on them, defnese wont matter.
Im definitely playing for home field advantage.

What happens if I beat you? You need to win and Jester needs to lose, right?

This could be one of the best and most exciting weeks in IFL history. There are so many teams still mixing it up.

And Jester, you are right ... in actuality, the playoffs really start this weekend ... and just like the playoffs, there is no room for a loss. I think that Cleveland, Lansing and Tulsa are the only teams that get a mulligan if they lose.

Coming off that barnburner in Tulsa, I hope the Vipers have some gas left in the tank!

If I win, Im the #1 seed. If I lose, Im a wild card. I need the week off. And I would love to spend the playoffs in Tulsa and not on the road.

Iowa's not in the mix for anything right now.

But I do have one last chance for a win against Montreal.

I hope Newark is ready for us. We are bringing it. Any chance to knock out a fellow division rival is almost as sweet as going to the playoffs. Besides this could be Hanks last season. Maybe even Connell's too. The boys are ready for a victory to salvage some pride and go 8-8.

we're ready, don't worry about that.

Yes I know that we must win to have any hope. Which is why I wrote that everyone would be cheering on the Bulldogs. I know if I was another team, I'd rather play the Bulldogs rather than the Phantoms when the playoffs start.
