Ratings adjustments

dang ... after this last game, I just noticed that my 2nd year T's potential decreased from a 60 to where his actual was currently at, a 51. Did anybody else get a significant surprise like this. Crap, 9 points is a lot!

yes, it happens from time to time during a season. I had a couple guys do that over the years in the IFL, but luckily they were going up a little bit - CB Jacobs went from 83 to 90 once before falling a little bit.

If I had to make a guess, it's probably just scouting error adjustment. Staff get better and worse just like players, so maybe your scout's ratings changed a little bit.

Doyle went from an 89 to a 98 this year............then promptly got hurt and is gone for the year.

My kicker took a 9 rating hit this year, which doesn't shock me. This game hates me.

This game hates kickers. The last 3 kickers I have drafted have been shown to be around 70ish, then get drafted and drop to mid 50's. then after a year or 2 fall to mid 40's. This kicker I currently have is the only one to have retained his rating...........so far.
