New Uploader

The uploader that was being used most currently was a pain in the butt when it came to setting up new users. Because of this I have setup a new one. The downside is that passwords aren't secure, the upside is that the upload receipt is better. I don't think password security is such a big deal anyways.

Your username can be ANYTHING. Your password will be your team nickname w/o any spaces (ie snipehunters, killerwhales). Let me know if you have any problems.

Thanks to SkyDog for helping me figure out some of the uppercase/lowercase problems that were in the original program code.

Should note that files named Imperial.0##, IMPERIAL.0##, and imperial.0## will be accepted and uploaded without problem. However, files name Imperial.0## will not be shown on the receipt page. If this bothers you I'd recommend setting up the league again with a league ID of either 'imperial' or 'IMPERIAL'.
