Tonight is the night most of us get a look at our teams. I'm looking forward to seeing my rookie WR's fall flat on their faces, and my running game struggle behind my massive offensive line.

Heroes started out pretty good, winning our 1st game pretty easily. there's a brewing QB controversy on the team, with Sante giving last year's starter Ed Lathum a heck of a competition in the 1st preseason game. i was running a different gameplan only so that people can't do any recon against my gamelogs for when the games really matter, so maybe that gameplan really highlights Sante's abilities.

"Ohhhhh Snap!!!" Chapman busted off a 59 yard td. he's looked good behind an o-line that is quickly turning over to the next generation. and i really like my WR corps. we go 4 deep and my #5 is a really good kick returner. after this season the last remaining players from the '03 inaugural season will be shown the door as we completely begin the next era of Heroes football.

didnt mess with my gameplan last night as I played 2 hours of basketball. This 41 year old body has a hard time with that.
My starters go tonight. Everyone will get a look at 1st round pick SE Chris Andrews.
WR Ken Albriksten is going at KR to help imrove our special teams.
Cant wait to see how things play out.

don't worry. Our defense should be good enough for that team in Lawrence.

Your right, something to do with a bad knee, im not sure, I think it was that way at the beginning of the season when I acquired the team, and really my rookie QB had a qtr then we rolled into the backup for the rest of the game.

Oh and look at that, my running backs were the same....dang...

Dude, pointing out Colella to me is like taking a shit on my lawn right in front of my face and then pointing at it and saying that is your shit.

we sucked today. Schultz played scared, and my rookie WR's were brutal. My rookie RB got hurt.

                  gotta love preseason football!!!

We pretty much dominate Wichita. Had my run offense in and we did. Checkovich played a good game at backup RB. Lost a couple lineman to injury.
WR Andrews had an average beginning. Struggled getting open. He did have 1 3rd down conversion.

                      Reserves start playing now

I guess Portland REALLY REALLY wanted this very important preseason victory. Caro played every snap. WOW

i like to get the rust off in the first 2 games for important players. although this time i just went on a bender..and forgot to export a file.

Haha well that's a loss I can take considering it appears Portland played their starters the entire game. I haven't watched it yet but it's at least encouraging that we kept up with the Seals up to the 4th quarter playing 2nd and 3rd stringers. It's so hard to take anything away from a preseason game but I don't think we put up 27 points more then twice last season so I just need to work on defense a bit to tighten things up.

Another nice win in week 2 with young and old dudes seeing the majority of the playing time. My undrafted RB is making a case for the starting job though, outplaying my 3rd round pick.
                              I luv British womenz.
