New Uploader Implemented

The previous uploader was a pain in the ass to set new users up with as it was linked with the old phpBB board which no longer works. Use anything for a username and your team name for your password. All team names/passwords are in lowercase with no spaces (ie losangeles, stlouis).

I'll move all exports which were uploaded with the old one over.

Gah. This will have to be put on hold as I've noticed a problem with the utility. Back to the old one.
