A tough game to watch....and lose. We had far too many opportunities to score and could not capitalize. Our offense has gotten very mediocre this year. I need to find a way to get the ball to OJ more often.

I thought I had Texas ready to lose their first game. Hopefully next time.

sON OF A Mogwai. This effin season sucks. Good game King, got behind and couldn't quite claw my way back. 3 points with the ball deep on 2 possesions killed me dead. boom.

I don't know whats up with Wolfpack. I know he's in the service so his time is pretty limited. I'll try and get ahold of him during the week.
      I luv British womenz.

I'm hoping it's the stress of starting day 3 of not toking herb but today I couldn't even watch the entire 1st quarter...

I got a FG blocked at the Vermont 6, watch them drive for an easy TD, throw a pick that's returned for a TD, watch two consecutive false starts and close FOF.

Not sure if you want to win at this point in the season Coder but congrats anyway!

              Ragin ...

good game ... field position proved to be a key in the game. My return game is still A+ and keeps the Geritol crew competitive. In fact there were three returns of 55 yards, 40 yards and 54 yards that were called back due to questionable blocking.

It is nice to play on the shorter field. It makes it easier for the ol' folk on the team to stay competitive.

Good luck in your division race.

Damn you Matt, you didn't hold up your end.

GG Orlando, was a tough game. I thought I had lost it when Dixon fumbled with the score tied late in out territory. Thankfully we blocked the FG attempt. Orlando's kicker had a bad day overall I think....

I was surprised it was tied going late in the 4th. Our kicker would be fired but the scrubs are worse in FA. GG Cringer.

We still have a long way to go. Our long passing specialist QB was 2-12 on the deep ball. Our WR's are still too young.

We bang one out against Georgia. It was pound pound pound Singleton.

                    GG Ice.

We go into our bye week 6-3. We come out of our bye week 100% healthy, unless Porters concussion lingers. Im afraid it will. We travel to Little Rock. It is a must win game for the T-Hawks.

Doesn't matter if I'm 0-7 and chasing the first overall pick, beating Lawrence is always a must .

Lake started out fantastically, and a big reason why we managed to get a lead. With his two interceptions in the first quarter, we had it going for us.. Second quarter was actually Lawrence's though.. for a while there I thought you'd get back into the game, but then the tide turned again.

yet another reason why i was right in letting Colella go after that whole contract controversy. him going down for that long, basically a career-ending injury - would have set the Heroes back 5 years.

in other news - QB Ed Lathum....WOW.

i don't think i can add anymore than that. i love to pimp my players, but his stats speak for themself. i was hesitant to name him my starting QB cuz i thought people would think i was trying to tank. his numbers are fucking superior. i'm glad i resigned him to be my backup and had the balls to bench Sante. i wish i would've gone with Lathum from the start.

good game WV. I haven't really been involved in a shootout like that in awhile, it's usually either lopsided or close low scoring. Sucks I came up on the losing end of it, but was pretty fun to see us try. I don't know why the hell my defense decided to completely suck today though

I would have been starting Lathum over Sante, no worries about tanking there. I think Sante has proven over the years that an overall rating doesn't make you a good QB, only good sometimes. Lathum has better bars to me then Sante does.

Yea. Sante is and has been a bum for a long time in this league.

As for today's game against St. Louis. YES! The defense made plays when we needed and the offense took advantage of the turnovers. Was kinda happy when Sanford flattened long time Dragon Billy McBride in the 4th quarter.

At the half way mark we are 4-4 with 5 home games remaining and our 4 losses have all been by one score or less so. HUGE, HUGE, HUGE game this week as we host Norfolk with the division lead on the line. 1st round pick G Darryl McKenzie has picked a good time to make his debut.
