I have had problems with my trapezius muscle on my right side. Had a routine check up and told my doctor about it again. Got some muscle relaxants, anti-inflammatory meds. And a prescription for PT.
So im taking a shit today and wipe my ass with my right hand and I pull the trapezius muscle. I cant turn my head to the left. The muscle relaxant isnt working.
But we won, so I tool one for the team.

That's why I never wipe my ass. Perfect example of the hazards of doing so.
