What a shitty performance and thank you FOF for not attempting a 44 yd FG with :03 left in the half after we already made one from 52 earlier. Those 3 points would have been nice.

Instead we run a play. Wonderful logic there.

Props to Houston's D for keeping the ball away from Andre Thomason. Jacobs wasn't able to bring us back at the end. So many huge penalties in that game. Hopefully we can fix that for the future. The young guys are coming along nicely though.

      On to Cleveland!

Another solid outing this week against Georgia. Georgia has a nice rookie RB in Buckner. He looks like he will be a good one.

Defense again forced some turnovers which was the difference in the game. I think this is the 2nd or 3rd week in a row we picked one off in the endzone to nullify a score.

Lost our rookie LG Purkayastha for 5 weeks with a separated shoulder. Thats gonna hurt.

We have SLC coming in next week.

Yea my defense really stepped up to the challenge today. You guys made a brave call 4th and like 8 near your own goal line and made it. Almost ended the game right there.

good game, but now I get another big challenge in Murf

              Great victory, WolfpackGM!!!

I'll be calling a team meeting to see why we threw long 3 times from the opponent's 42ish yard line with about 40 or so seconds left in the game and only down by 1. I was singing Dana Glover's praises after that KR only to see my team not only overshoot for yardage, but the Stanfield->Greene connection fail twice in a row to end the game.

i guess a win is nice. i don't want to look like i'm tanking, but we're rebuilding this season - too many wins won't do us much good. i'm gonna go with Sante for the next game, short leash. next game will decide who gets to be the starting QB for the rest of the season. i feel awful benching Lathum despite his awesome play this year. 102 QB rating, 5 tds to 2 ints. doesn't deserve to sit.

opposing teams - feel free to pass on us at will. our starting SS is down for the next 2 seasons i think with a bad knee injury. we're holding open tryouts for one of our starting safety positions. it's that bad. i don't know how we held Boston to only 9 points. they're just one of those sorry teams that while looking good on paper always find a way to lose.

AFC West is gonna be ugly this year, with 2 teams in rebuilding mode hoping for a top 10 pick. i know i'm not doing anything to improve my roster this season, despite being the glaring holes in my secondary. Lynx are looking good.

                  ....not.

Good game Cleveland. Just wish our defense would have showed up.

                      GG

That was a back and forth slug fest. Turnovers hurt both teams, we just got 1 more and made it count.

I am surprised we got a win here and even more surprised that Mueller is finally playing great.

I draft and trade for all these WR's and Mueller decides he likes our TE Kimble. WTF?!?! I guess I can't be upset. He is getting it done.

we're dead last in several passing defense categories. outside of CB Bruner we have no one capable of defending a receiver. all you need is two eyeballs to see that. i didn't reveal anything shocking. i may have to play a goal-line defense all season. that's how bad it is.
