Pre Season Week 5 Done

Tommorow is cut down day. All rosters must be down to 53 non IR players.

Cuts made. Went a way I didn't think I would with my last cut, but no big deal. I just hope Regalado doesn't get hurt or I will be picking up a FB from the scrap heap.

Made it to the end of preseason with no major injuries. Very nice, since last year I lost Lindo for over half the season. Now I cross my finger in week 1.

Wow my game plan got totally screwed up. I installed on a work computer and scrambled to get a export in but the settings were all screwed up. I tried to fix some of them but LOL that sure didn't work. Some of the highlights of our last preseason game.

Apparently we must have been in the hurry up all game the only runs we had all game were by the qb scrambling. Our qb went 8 for 53 with 9 bad throws 18 dropped balls and 12 defensed.
The starting wr's didn't get a ball thrown to them so they must not have played much because the backups got all the balls and the qb threw to himself 11 times. all but 2 passes were med or deep balls i am guessing from being in the hurry up all game. Never had this happen before but i think the hurry up setting was on zero which totally screwed everything. At lest i know what happened anf this was a preseason game. It was funny to watch.

Feels good to be heading into the regular season finally. And I get to play the Crapinals in week 1, should be fun! I hope I kill McMurray.

make sure your positional depth chart is set correctly before week #1. This is a known issue, and has happened here before.

Wrapped up with a loss, but the 1st unit played well enough, and RB Toby Doss keeps growing despite topping out his potential last year. Not too shabby for a 2nd round pick.

the Heroes played extremely well in preseason. 4-0, highest scoring offense. of course, it doesn't mean much cuz it's the preseason, but it's really nice to see the team playing at this high level. almost makes me sad that CB Duane Edwards got badly hurt (and eventually traded), i would've loved to have seen him in our secondary, i'd have felt more confident with in there. we just don't have the secondary to compete for the playoffs. i'm hoping for a top 10 pick this year (between the 2 1st rounders we have i hope one of them pans out). i don't want to have another average 7-9 season and get a 12-14th overall pick. we need to infuse some young studs with this draft.
