Holy macachoondizzy!! 5 interceptions and a lost fumble by the rookie Amos!!

When's the last time a team put up 480 yards and 13 points?

Great job picking on the rookie KingFC you #$#@$#@!:jedi:

Doh, I signed a guy and it messed with my whole roster. Some of those starters needed playing time anyways, but it still throws me off a little.
My banner is bigger and prettier and cooler then yours. I choose not to show it so your feelings do not get hurt.

Fulton had another solid game with 9 tackles and an INT. Bad news is that we lost Currie for 5 weeks.

We put 40 on Anchorage. A very nice offensive effort. I think Ive got Albriksten and Sanford figured out.
Im done with preseason. Studs go to sleep.
Time to wage the 3rd string QB battle

            Umm who cares about preseason.

Bring it during the regular season big-boy. :dancing:

I haven't watched the game yet but you put 40 up against us? Now that's the team I was expecting.

Actually we weren't too bad in the 1st half, up 21-17. Alves will never be out there at qb, hopefully, so im not worried.

              GG TARC!

Seasonal rust is the devil! It's OK, starters only need some time in 2 games and they're good.

Im trying to get my passing game up to speed.
I think I got it set now. The last 2 games less starters will play.

That may of been why I put up 40, eh Budda?

well, my season is done. CB Duane Edwards is out for 15 weeks with an injury. i put him on injury reserve. if i thought the Heroes would be competing this season and we'd need him for those last two games for our push for the playoffs i'd have just made him inactive. but who are we fooling? i'm likely gonna cut him after next season, as much as it hurts to cut an original player from the 1st inaugural draft.

I traded Duane Edwards to you for Rueben Caffrey. I wanted to get rid of him because he is injury prone. However, he had two good years for you while Caffrey has been pedestrian at best. Sorry to see him go down in preseason.

he never really had an oustanding season, not the kind of season his ratings would suggest he could have (not even a Pro Bowl season). Jim mentioned that once a player gets a significant injury, it kinda makes it likely he'll have future injuries more often. i just checked his hirostry and he did seem to miss a ton of games for your team. never pegged him as injury prone, but yeah, this latest 15 week injury seems to be par for the course. not to say that he can't rebound, but i'm glad i was able to trade Edwards while he still has his ratings to make him attractive, rather than trying to move him after his injury when he would possibly take a ratings hit. he'll be great for NWK, that conference is starting to look like a hotbed for stud CBs and now the Bulldogs will have one of their own for the next half-decade. hopefully Matt has an excellent medical staff that can keep Edwards on the field.

This is one interesting season for me. I think I have finally figured out how my cuts will go except at RB, and I think I will be semi-happy about it.

My rookie QB did well against Norfolk, second preseason game I have liked how he has done. He could actually be the future if he doesn't slide down in ratings.

Battle of the 3rd string QBs rages on in Tulsa. Morton vs. Welles. Each got a half against Hartford. Morton struggled. Welles did too.
