Cardinals simpley dominated the Mules offense.

Even though the score was still 13-7 going into the 4th, the game was over. Opie could not stay out of his own way and St. Louis seemed to get just enough to keep the drives alive. Frustrating, but I guess this is why the Cards are 9-1

Another game we just give away. 28th in the league with a -9 turnover margin is the story of our season.

We hand wrap 2 TD's on back-to-back fumbles for the second time this season. Then we throw an INT inside the Beasts 10 yard line.

Congrats Kobeck on forcing the big plays and capitalizing on all our mistakes.

I can't gameplan around turnovers which is the most frustrating part.

I must say Matt, Newark is a great great team. You've done a fantastic job transitioning from the Crespo-dominated offense to a well rounded offense, and your passrush really was what won you this game.

I missed two keyplayers that would have made this an entirely different matchup. Jacob Pinder might have prevented at least 2 of the 4 sacks you hit Virgil with, and who knows how many of the hurries.

Alonzo Lake would have made a considerable difference over Tyrell Newman, protecting against your long range attacks..

I know, excuses, excuses, but when a game is this close, I just have to keep making them to keep my morale high

Great game Matt, and it's wonderful to see the NC East being back as the tightest and best division in the IFL.

I was tired last night, and didn't really get into much. Having key players out hurt your team. I felt that's why I won. In our week 1 matchup, I lost Marasco early and felt that's how I lost that game. I completely understand the difference that Lake would've made. He's easily one of the top defensive players in the league. It was another close game, and I'm not surprised with Virgil. Always one of my favorite players in the league. He's a winner, plain and simple.

Our division race is exciting. Can't wait to see how it's all going to shake out.

Ahh we won. My team does better without an export. We are the same team of old if we can establish the run and jump out to a early lead. It's when we get behind do we fall apart. GG jeff!...afc west don't count us out just yet. Maybe next game after we lose to Madison...

Yeah, the turnovers were the key to the game for us. We've become very opportunistic.

lol - Mules are only a tiebreaker out of a WC spot at this time. AFCS has done crowned the Cardinals asses even though we knew who they were and stuff.

If the Mules can get in the POs without any other INJs then possibly Murfreesboro could make some noise.

You can say that again! I really need to figure out what needs to be done to get this team in contention again. That said, we're not as bad as some of the scores have been looking. Turnovers have absolutely killed us the last few weeks and I need to figure out what is causing that. I don't understand why all of a sudden Jim Hickman has become an interception machine.
