QB "Starter Playing Time' question...

Ok, so it says here 'The higher the setting, the less likely a substitute will play'.

I had the setting on 8, yet my backup took most of the snaps. Am I doing something wrong?

Probably has something to do with the preseason. Dumb? Yes.

yeah, i think the game is hardcoded to allow the sub to play more during the preseason, if i had to make a semi-educated guess.
