boils down to HC does the playcalling and the familiar message has to do with if your gameplan is not diverse enough.

Specifically stated that OC and DC do not factor in the message, but that it would be included in the future.

FWIW said that familiarity had stages and getting the game log message was the final stage of famialiarity.
