What a heartbreaker.... I lose Alonzo Lake for 4 weeks with an injury, I lose Deion Prestbye for 1 week with an injury.. ok.. Tyrell Newman blocks a punt when I'm up 20-13 and I'm like.. wohoo.. we go downfield and Wilkerson misses a fieldgoal.. no big deal I think..

Then with less than a minute left and i'm still up at least 20-16, and Houston in 3rd and 19 I'm feeling quite confident, I mean, they have no time outs left and they're stuck on their own 45... fuck me... spiked ball, 4th and 19.. 37 yard pass HELLO... 27 yards left, clock ticking, spiked ball.. 27 yards left, flyball.. deep centerfield.. CAUGHT FOR 27 YARDS AND A TOUCHDOWN..

At least Virgil got game MVP.. but man oh man did he deserve the win

Just noticed that the NC West situation up top isn't right. Vancouver has the lead right now and control their own destiny. Common games record is used before conference record when separating division rivals.

Tobias Stanfield loses his top 2 receivers last week and responds with a 5 TD, 0 INT effort to win player of the week!

Of course I just lost my #1 and #3 CBs and this is no time for injuries.

Great game for 3 quarters or so Ragin. Then Hairston seemed to just hit a brick wall. At one point he was like 20/23 and he ends up 26/44.

Former Demons 1st round pick Ted Lofton, who was left for dead, is now 2nd in the league in sacks with the TigerHawks.

Lofton also had 3 hurries and 7 knockdowns. Plus He forced a fumble and recovered a fumble. He had to change his address to:

We dominated.
Sanford was excellent, throwing for a career high 357 yards.
Groth and Lutes had 100 yard receiving days.
Bradbury only had 4 tackles. He has to have a huge day against Texas to win the tackles title.

Cringer, before I begin to gloat, did you coast, or try to win?

thank god now i can start my rookie qb. Something i wanted to do since week 3. So looks like you can count wichita in the wild card spot.

We have had the most pathetic qb play the last 5 weeks. This week we have field position all game and couldn't complete a pass at all.

Iowa city and Wichita make some noise in the playoffs and lets get some respect for this division.

You need to win AND either Iowa City OR Wichita to lose AND Murfreesboro to lose. Not totally out of the question.
