Tradiing Taylor may get you something ... If you can renegotiate his contract next year, you may want to keep him as a mentor back-up?

I'd have to do some research to see who I'd start but I can tell right off the bat that both QBs are quality QBs and you shouldn't feel forced to move either one. If you can get VALUE for Taylor then you should trade him but if not then it's better to have an overqualified backup QB on your roster than to have given away an overqualified backup QB.

i had inquired about Taylor when he was 1st put on the block. not for the Heroes to start, but as a buy low, sell high type thing. forgot what i offered, but in the end i think it was a rather doable deal. what stopped me was i decided i was being silly and that the pieces i would use to aquire Taylor i could use to fill actual need positions. after my deal with the Stallions i was kinda thin on trade commodities anyway. woulda been overkill.
this was when i was in the middle of my "build the most sickest, ownage team ever" phase. i'm done with that. still gonna add a dynamite player or two per year, but instead of me relying on trades/FA to stock my team i'm gonna rely just as much on the draft. i've seen some players on other teams that were aquired in rounds 2-3 that are now starters. i have the Texans' 3rd round pick each of the next 2 years, so that's like having two low-2nd round picks right there.Comment
