Same place as always, dude. Wasn't even aware that he put that up until now. It's there to make sure that guys are checking out the board in case I can't upload the league file to the "normal" place. We've figured that some guys are simply going to the league files page, downloading the files, and then posting questions asking why the files aren't updated (or not noticing that the file is old and proceed to make a bad export).

ALWAYS always check out stuff in the league office forum. It might be something simple like "files updated" or could be a very important message that will help inform everyone of a current problem or situation. Sorry for ranting here..

Yeah, I never saw the link on the sidebar for the file upload page, I just always clicked on the flashing link on the frontpage, which was gone, which was why I was perplexed, which is why if it wasn't for my horse, I wouldn't have spent that year in college.
