It only has two specific times (Sept. 3, 2:22am and Sept 4, 2:53am) for all recorded uploads and the uploads are of different sizes (I might be wrong but I thought the exports in FOF 2004 were exactly the same size).

Can you elaborate on the process? I thought the whole point of the time stamp was so that we could double check both that we sent in a file and the time it was sent in.
What's the time stamp that's displayed?
