Causey had better stats in 2007 and 2009 than Bond. Bond started 10 and 9 games the previous 2 seasons. I am playing Causey to see if he is better than his ratings, because he is more durable and NOT up for FA this offseason. I'd rather keep a cheap Causey than an expensive Bond if the performance is the same. I won't know unless I play Causey.

I could go on and on regarding my strategy. Would you guys prefer that I trade everybody for a 7th rounder? Would that be OK?

Either it's my team, to run as I see fit, or it's not my team.

Stop with the persecuted bit. As everyone in this league knows I'm the way more relaxed end of the commish council and you're decisions and attitude today are wearing thin on me.

People are honestly displeased and concerned with how your team is being run because no one wants to play with a team that isn't putting out their best effort. Victories and even titles can become hollow when they know 1 team isn't putting the kind of team on the field he's capable of.

The guys you're sitting arn't 13 year vets, they're players in the primes of their careers.

The problem is sitting starters who could improve your record the year prior to a contract year. They sit a year, you get a huge break in what the player demands. This is not a new tatic, but not one I believe Jeff will allow. Don't get upset but we would all love to get a break come contract time, but it's just not the right way to do it.

I'm not using the workaround to resign these guys. In case you didn't notice, I inherited a nightmare of contracts. The previous owner already handed out fat extensions like candy. I'm not going to gain anything by restructuring contracts because they already have big bonuses. I traded away a bunch of talent for picks and have a large dead cap number for next year.

So I am not entitled to start young players to see what they are capable of? The league is going to mandate that I start certain players?

OK, that's fine. Please then tell me the parameters for:

Acceptable run percentages for each down.
Acceptable use of screen passes and deep passing.
Acceptable pass coverage percentages for my personnel.
Which injuries are acceptable for sitting a player.
Do I have to play everybody that is "probable?"
              What starting percentages are acceptable?
Do I have to resign certain players? What contract values are acceptable?

How far do we take this? Where is the line?

I'm not as much concerned about what guys he's starting and not starting now that I've looked through his offensive and defensive gameplans. This is tanking - 'nuff said.

I'll find a new owner ASAP.

This makes so very angry. I can't believe someone would do that. It's preposterous, it's absurd and it's downright totaly fucked up. How in the world could Jeff kick him out when he knew I wanted to do it so badly? Things will never be the same between us after your actions today Sov.

Damn. Sanford not quite ready for primetime. Defense played bend but dont break and held cleveland to FGs until the end. This Doubtful for and unknown length of time is crazy.

CB Roman Bond, a 5th year player rated in the 70s is sitting, so don't give me crap about wanting to play the younger guys. Is Bond getting too old, but the 4 year vet who blows but you start is not too old yet?

These clear starters not playing is a joke. I don't remember if you save as much in 2007 as you did in 2004, but I am pretty sure he will be able to save money on all these vets with reworked contracts next year because they won't have played. And lets face it, Texas is pretty much a lock for the #1 draft pick right now with that roster.

                          Texas is a hack team.
They have 11 mil in cap room. . .Chung is a Franchise tag guy at 8 mil. . .trade him and they would have enough to keep everyone else, and play them.

Not sure I am comfortable with the way Texas is going this season. I also wasn't ccomfortable with WV a couple seasons back, but they are turning out all right, so maybe it's not a big thing.
