Are the league rules "pinned" anywhere for easy access?

I am trying to find the rule on changing a player's position.

Uh, we used to have the rule for this in the Position Changes forum, be i got rid of the forum. I will get this added to the League Rules though....

The rule is there are no real rules. Just be reasonable, and anything that looks like it was done to fuck a guy up on purpose will not be taken lightly. But you may move players, no matter what their ratings are. I suppose we should have a rule against moving a guy multiple times in a short period of time, that is no good.

Anybody know if there is a difference in changing a position, say for example SLB to WLB compared to just placing them in the depth chart where you want them?
