Next Year's Cap

Is it possible to figure out next years cap? Is there a standard increase from year to year?????

My guess would be 3.6 (or 3.8?) that it went up this year, unless a new TV deal is done which I am not sure exactly what season that comes up the first time. Never paid much attention.

I believe for the first five season's or so, it is the same increase from year to year, because of the tv deal increase you just saw.
