After interviewing some prospects I get the message that they're "overrated" or "underrated" but it appears to me that the attribute bars are in the same range, only more precise.
Does "overrated/underrated" mean the bars remain as they were but you have to mentally account for what the scouts say? Or are the bars "accurate" after interviewing?
