    Can someone explain these interviews for me. I have no clue what that means.

    I beleave that each player you interview gets a more precise talent evaluation from your scouts perspective.

      You get more info then just blue bars. Your scout will tell you if the player is under/overrated. Your scout will give you their perspective ont he bars. They turn orange and are usually different then the blue bars.

        Used them for the first time in the USFL draft.

        You will get a total of 60. You may think that is a lot, but it really isn't.
        You will need to plan your strategy on their use and use them judiciously.

        I found that using a few each day in the FA stage allowed me to target a position and when I was satisfied on the talent I found and would target, I would then move to the next critical position to start the process again.

        For those with high first round picks, the strategy may be more broad brush especially if you have the attititude of getting the best player available.

        This really brings a new dimension to the draft ... alot of fun.
