  • Welcome to the 2010 season(!!)

    Welcome to the 2010 season.

    We've signed a new 7-year television contract!

The salary cap will rise $6,400,000 each year over the life of the contract.

This year, it increased to $101,200,000.

The league's minimum salary has risen $10,000 to $280,000.

The Generals are leaving Columbia (MO) and moving to Atlanta this season, to play in a brand new stadium.

As you enter a new year, your primary goal is to ensure you have the staff you want. Look over the list of coaches, coordinators and scouts, and make offers as needed. You may also release players to free up room under the salary cap.

            holy roster changes.

Does anyone know if Jim's famous "X factor" was used in the transition?

I've got some work to do...

Got a bump on the left of my DLine though.

Only 2 players over 90 by my account (great!)...

              ...both on Newark's roster (shit!)

The overall rating changes are only cosmetic, EXCEPT for aging, injuries, and what-not. What you see is the ratings being spread out on a different scale. No players actually get worse or better because of the conversion.

I expected that for some positions, which blatently have different stats but DLine and some others haven't changed, right? (going to check now but loving the constant IFL conversations)

Damn. So much to talk about.

There's going to be a boatload of press in the coming days/weeks. A "renewed infusion" that wasn't even necessary for the IFL!!!!!

Ugh.. we lost 26 million dollars last season. Can point at Caro and my new coaches for that.

Lawrence and Newark could buy an island in the Caribbean. I dub the NC East the Pennypacker Division.

I lost 65 Million 2 years ago. It's a good thing I invented the Chris Farley Double Action Love Doll to Supplement my crazy football team ownership whims.

I've lost money all but the first season, hence the middle finger to Albuquerque and the move to L.A. next year.
