  • Conference Championship Week Discussion

Last week's games were arguably the best slate of games ever played in the IFL. Will this week's games follow suit?

    2004 IFL AC East Runner-UP - Wildcard - AC Runner-up 10-5-1
    2005 3rd Place AC East 6-10 2007 2nd Place AC East 8-8
    2006 3rd Place AC East 7-9 2008 2nd Place AC East 9-7
2009 1st Place AC East, Imperial Bowl Champions 13-3

Just 1 ATM: Since you have no DLine and I'm guessing I'll throw up about 35-42 points on that ass. How do you expect to do said kicking?

Thats what Pitt and Little Rock thought. They are currently home watching the game where you will be next week.

The game where I'll be next week is the IFL Bowl. How in the hell are Pitt and Little Rock currently watching that? You're making no sense. :P

And Pitt slapped the #$@ out of you but dropped the ball a couple of times. I'd love to have Pitt's production tomorrow.

btw - I'm trying to type "N-F-C Championship" above and it's coming out "NC". Very strange. "NFFC" works but "N-F-C" comes out "NC".

r00k, good luck tomorrow. Its been one heck of a year, and I can't think of a better way to end one of our season's than losing to the other in the Conference Finals.

                back at you ...

This is a great way to finish conference play. Personally, I felt better about last week's game vs. Portland than I do this one ... maybe because you have already beat me twice already this year. In any case, the Vipes will be bringing it and will try to leave it all on the field.

Looks like the God Division did good despite the barbs thrown our way here and there 8)

I'll be going to work soon and returning after the games have been simmed.

Jave, if you beat me I only ask two things:

                    1) A post game write-up
                    2) That you of course beat the AFC in the next game.

you don't even have to worry about that.

r00k, good game. I have to admit I was pretty scared putting the game plan together. I wasn't sure which way to go, but those defensive adjustments I made sure did seem to do the trick.

Offensively, I took a chance and started Suarez. Our run game has been anemic with him out and I knew if we were going to have a chance in this one that we needed to have all of our guys out on the field.

I'm just amazed that we were able to win by the margin we did. We might not have the best defensive stats, but they play well when they need to. I was absolutely floored when I saw how we were getting to Lozier.

I'm glad we were able to make it all the way this year cause I think we're going to lose a lot of talent when we switch to FOF2k7.
