Note on penalties...

The higher the percentage of successful plays you call, the higher the number of penalties are going to be called on you.

If team A is rocking Team B on 80% of the games plays then if they both get called for 10 penalties it's mathematically reasonable that Team A gets 80% of the calls against them accepted while Team B (in stinking up the joint) gets 80% of the calls against them declined (since the result of the play is a better outcome).

sometimes that could be true....most of the penalties are accepted although i see a few declined because of play outcome...probably something like 10-20% are declined...

good point tho.
