What do ya think of changing the week 16 midweek to Saturday May 12th instead of Friday the 11th?

I think a team needs more time to decide how they're going to react to injury, and scout the available players, than a team needs to react to a replacement (who's no doubt a below average player overall) to an injury.

I know either can be done in one sitting but "things come up" and this late in the season it'd suck to have a team get screwed by the PC because they couldn't get online for 2 days and thus couldn't react to an injury.

How's Cringer's schedule these days? I know he was a weekend guy. This might help him out and other weekend guys as well.

Anyone that makes a signing during a Saturday file would have to make another file to fix their roster in 24 hours anyways (for gameday), so I'm not sure that's any improvement. A negative would be that I'd rather not do files on Saturday ever. If you recall this last offseason, Saturday was always or almost always an off day.

That's true.

I also don't like the responsibility of being a GM on "fan day" (which I consider game days to be) so I've never liked the day-after-gameday-exports and was ecstatic when we went from Mon to Tue.

I understand that. Problem is that it's impossible to not have back-to-back sims at some point with 4 sims in 7 days. That's unless we moved the Sunday gameday, which I'm sure guys would rather not happen.

I'll just need a PC shutdown or something to signify the change over to GM mode. :P
