The draft utility will hopefully be up sometime later today. As mentioned before we'll roll untimed tomorrow if it gets up later than 7pm central. If the util is a no-show, then luis can just start an official draft pick thread tomorrow whenever he's ready to choose.

The draft clock will run from 6 am central to 12 am central. From 12 am to 6 am time limits will cease to count down, however owners may still make picks if they are currently on the clock. If an owner's time limit expires, a draft moderator will make a selection for them. A "mod pick" will be made by following these instructions (in order):
1. If the owner has players loaded in their utility, select the top-ranked player
2. Select the top-ranked player (by adjusted bureau score) who fills an in-game need position
a. If all three need positions have been filled in the draft, select the top-ranked non-kicker/punter (by NON-adjusted bureau score, aka 'grade' in FOF)
