FRANCHISES:

    B) New owners are allowed to change nicknames, but only during the offseason. A veteran owner may make a nickname change, but these will be approved or denied on a case-by-case basis. A nickname change after relocation would be considered acceptable. All nicknames are subject to administration approval. It is the owner's responsibility to provide an acceptable logo with any nickname change, though this is something the administration can help with if given enough notice.

League Administration reserves the right to waive this rule at their discretion.  A veteran owner may make a nickname change, but these will be approved or denied on a case-by-case basis.
